Well Barn is a traditional stone barn nestled in nature on the North Devon / Cornwall border. Our barn conversion is uniquely designed featuring vintage decor throughout and works by local artists. The fully equipped house sleeps up to 9 people and the cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 people with a dedicated private garden.

At Well Barn we work with nature and encourage wildlife. Guests can enjoy access to our 4 acre grounds, including wildlife gardens, allotments, wild orchards, meadows and woodlands. We are family and dog friendly. Take a 2 minute walk to the Old Smithy Inn or a 5 minute drive to the breathtaking beauty of Welcombe Mouth beach.
